About this role

Love everyday life. Work for the future. At Nodra, we want our customers to have a good everyday life. We ensure they have stable broadband, clean tap water, wastewater treatment, and waste management. When you work at Nodra, you are one of those who ensure that Norrköping truly functions, lives, and grows. To do this, it's important that we who work here feel good, enjoy ourselves, and develop in our own daily lives. Together, we contribute to a smart and sustainable society. Today and in the future. About the Position Nodra plays a central role in Norrköping's everyday life – we deliver drinking water, manage waste, and are responsible for fiber networks. Now we are seeking a Security Coordinator who wants to build and drive our systematic security work. This is a key role for those who want to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation – and contribute to ensuring our critical societal functions are robust, secure, and future-proofed. Here, you'll have a meaningful role at the heart of society's infrastructure. You'll work in an organization that values sustainability, responsibility, and innovation – where you have great opportunities to influence both direction and results. As Security Coordinator, you'll have overall responsibility to develop, coordinate, and follow up Nodra's security and preparedness work together with the organization. You'll work broadly across areas such as physical security, information security, risk management, crisis preparedness, continuity planning, and insurance coordination. You'll become a central link between our operational areas and external actors like authorities, rescue services, and insurance companies – and a key person in creating structure, security, and clarity in our security work. The role requires that you gradually develop good knowledge of current regulations such as NIS2, GDPR, and LSO, among others, and understand how to translate legal requirements into practical routines. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing Nodra's security strategy and governing documents • Specifying security aspects in procurement, investments, and projects • Coordinating and developing information security management systems, including requirements according to NIS2 and GDPR • Ensuring that emergency and continuity plans are developed and maintained, and supporting and training the crisis management organization • Coordinating incident management and ensuring structured reporting and follow-up • Coordinating the company's insurance issues and contributing to damage prevention • Analyzing risks and trends – and proposing effective measures to strengthen the company's resilience About You We are seeking someone with a relevant university degree in areas such as security, civil protection and preparedness, technology, law, risk management – or equivalent experience. We prefer previous experience in security work within the public sector or other critical societal operations and being accustomed to driving development both strategically and operationally. Experience with insurance issues and information security is meritorious. A B driver's license is a requirement for this position. To thrive with us, you need to be: • Structured and self-driven – you plan and prioritize work efficiently • Communicative and clear – you create understanding and engagement for security issues • Collaborative – you enjoy working cross-functionally and building relationships • Analytical and solution-oriented – you see risks and opportunities, and translate insights into action You are a person with high integrity and ability to create trust – both internally and externally The position may require Swedish citizenship. Security vetting and register checks may be conducted before a job offer is made. A Good Workday At Nodra, we actively work to ensure our employees feel good and enjoy their work. We believe that a pleasant, open, and helpful atmosphere contributes to good work results. We invest in wellness and doing things together, both at work and outside. For us, it's natural that work should provide good conditions for a balanced life. We want everyone to feel they have developing tasks that contribute to important societal functions and a sustainable future.
