Our clients are in the local area, and we travel on foot or by bicycle/car. Job Description As a nursing assistant/care assistant in home care, you will provide good care and social support. Your responsibilities include helping and supporting the client in their daily life to promote and meet their functional ability, as well as assisting with social contacts and well-being. If you are a nursing assistant, you will also participate in care planning as a contact person. An important part of the job is to document and register the client's assistance in a safe and secure manner to ensure that the client receives their approved help according to the assistance decision. Qualifications For this position, you are required to have: - Nursing assistant education or - Care assistant education - Driver's license - Experience working in home care: - Knowledge of registration from the municipality's various digital systems and implementation plans.
