Seeking a Quality Engineer

About the Role As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet both internal and external quality requirements. You will work to identify technical problems, suggest improvements, and document quality measures. You are a key player in our continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with multiple departments within and outside the organization. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our products and processes through rigorous inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of improvement areas. • Assist in coordination with external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance. • Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular testing to identify potential defects as early as possible. • Ensure that quality objectives/key performance indicators are relevant and effective. • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Responsible for equipment calibrations. • Contribute to increased customer satisfaction through improved product quality. • Participate in driving the company's quality management system. Authorities and Responsibilities • Make risk-based decisions. • Propose projects and improvement initiatives, drive projects, and implement relevant actions. • Halt work that does not meet safety or quality requirements. Qualifications Mandatory: • Experience as a quality specialist or similar role. • Understanding of technical documentation and statistical analysis. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing. • Self-driven and collaborative. • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Preferred: • Green Belt certification. • ISO knowledge. About the Position: Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: Daytime
