Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking additional individuals to strengthen our pool of temporary workers with one of our partners in the Malmö area. This role is suitable for you if you already have a primary occupation of at least 50%, such as studies or another part-time job (temporary employment does not count). You can choose which days you are available to work, but we prefer that you are available 2–3 days per week. About the Position As a traffic and flag guard, your responsibilities will include leading, informing, and ensuring safety for road users in connection with roadworks, alongside your colleagues. You will also participate in setting up and taking down barriers and other safety solutions for various types of road and construction projects. You will receive mandatory introductory and safety training before you start. During this training, we will cover basic procedures related to traffic safety, communication, and how work at construction sites is organized. We are looking for individuals who have a natural sense of safety, communicate clearly, and can keep a cool head even when the pace is high. The work takes place outdoors in varying weather conditions and can be both physically and mentally challenging. Therefore, flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail are important qualities.
