About the System Technician Position
Work Location: Linköping
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 07:00–16:00
Duration: Full-time, ongoing. A 6-month probationary period may be applied
Start Date: As soon as possible, by agreement

We are seeking someone with experience in security technology who is ready to further develop in the role of system technician with us. Here, you'll become part of a competent and cohesive team of project designers, project managers, supervisors, installation and service technicians, and other system technicians.
Together, we deliver customized security solutions in alarms, access control, and CCTV – always with the customer's needs in focus.
As a system technician with us, you'll work from the office and be responsible for various tasks such as maintenance, commissioning, and technical support of security systems. You'll have close contact with both customers and colleagues, and contribute your expertise to ensure high quality, safety, and professional interaction.
On-call and shift work may occur.

The role requires that you:
• Have certification or documented good competence in at least two security systems
• Have broad product knowledge and worked for at least five years as a service technician, alternatively installer or commissioning technician within intrusion alarms, access control, or CCTV
• Are a team player who is meticulous, quality-conscious, and can work independently
• Are service-oriented, solution-focused, and customer-centric
• Have a driver's license (B) and Swedish citizenship
• Are proficient in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Working with Us
Avarn Security Systems is the unit that delivers customized technical security solutions to our customers. Systems is nationwide with multiple offices and security stores around the country. We offer everything from fire alarms, CCTV, door automation, locks, alarms, access control, and intrusion alarms. With all certifications in locks and alarms, we ensure very high quality in our technical security installations.
No two days are the same with us. Our customers are in all industries, and our assignments are varied and technically challenging. You'll become part of a professional team with experienced and helpful colleagues and supportive managers.
Recruitment Process
To be hired, you must be approved in a security assessment with checks in police and county administrative board registers. The position may involve work covered by defense confidentiality and therefore requires Swedish citizenship.
