Then the position of legal advisor in our administrative department might be the right fit for you! **Job Responsibilities** As a legal advisor, you will work closely with the administrative prosecutor, the administrative director, and the chief judge. A key responsibility of the position is to handle inquiries related to the disclosure of public documents. The tasks of the legal advisor also include, for example: • Being primarily responsible for the administrative department's email inbox and responding to inquiries from the public, • Participating in various working groups and projects to develop the court's operations, • Managing cases related to lay judge matters, • Hosting study visits from school classes, • Teaching clerks, and • Conducting legal research, assisting in the preparation of opinions for other authorities, and presenting minor referrals as needed. The job responsibilities may also include participating in the adjudicative operations as needed for operational support. **Qualifications** You who are applying should have excellent legal skills. By the time you start the position as a legal advisor, you should have completed and approved clerkship at a general court or administrative court with a good reputation. As a person, you are service-oriented, self-driven, meticulous, and structured. You have an easy time understanding legal issues and can handle large amounts of information. You also possess strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the public, colleagues, and external stakeholders. You have a desire to participate in the court's development work. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. Our jurisdiction includes the municipalities of Botkyrka, Haninge, Huddinge, and Nynäshamn, as well as Söderort within Stockholm Municipality.
