Job Description
As an accountant at Rundvirke Poles, you will have a broad and independent responsibility in the financial area. You will work with ongoing bookkeeping, customer and supplier invoices, VAT declarations, periodic compilations, reconciliations, and accruals. You will be responsible for budgeting and follow-up, manage currency exchange differences, participate in project management, and handle statistics and other reporting. The role also includes system maintenance, contract administration, and some procurement management. The local site manager is the immediate supervisor, but you will also report directly to the CEO and work closely with the group's other accountants and CFO. The position is located at one of our industries in Ludvika (Southern Dalarna) or Kälarne (Eastern Jämtland) and offers a stable and long-term challenge for the right person.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone with solid experience in accounting, financial statements, business management, and financial reporting, preferably from manufacturing companies. You have either a college degree in economics or a high school economic education complemented with relevant experience in financial work. You are accustomed to working structured and independently, confident in your skills, and have good communication abilities. You appreciate a work environment where you can take responsibility and contribute to long-term development. Experience from similar companies or industry is meritorious, as are skills in order management and procurement.
