About the Role

We are looking for you: you are a licensed radiographer with good computer skills and a strong command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with MRI examinations is an asset. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. To thrive in this role, we see that you are:

Responsibilities

The Radiology Department in Kalix is part of the County's Department of Imaging and Functional Medicine, alongside units in Sunderbyn, Piteå, Gällivare, and Kiruna. As a radiographer with us, you will work independently to perform patient examinations and assessments that form the basis for diagnosis and treatment. You will have the opportunity to work with all modalities within diagnostic imaging. Our unit includes:

  • Conventional radiography
  • Computed tomography
  • Ultrasound
  • Some fluoroscopy

We also have MRI services in Kalix, offering you a varied, stimulating, and developmental work environment.

Information about the Position

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. Work hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends with on-call duties. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements. Selections and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
