Gandalf Distribution is steadily growing and is now seeking a tech-savvy and support-oriented employee for the RMA and returns department in Landvetter.
With us, you will become part of a close-knit team responsible for managing returns for consumer electronics, computers, and IT-related products, both for our customers and our suppliers. We handle everything from smart home solutions and robot vacuum cleaners to computer components such as graphics cards and storage. The work involves both administrative and physical tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage returns, including the physical handling of packages and processing applications from customers.
- Apply for, manage, and return products to suppliers.
- Follow up on cases with customers and suppliers, as well as verify compensation from suppliers.
- Develop and improve routines and case tracking tools.
- On-site customer service may occur where we resolve issues directly with customers.
**We are looking for someone who has/is:**
- Self-driven, proactive, and enjoys solving problems.
- Interested in consumer electronics, computers, IT-related products, and accessories.
- Structured with a strong service orientation.
- Communicative in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experienced with the Office suite - Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Preferable - Experience with Microsoft Business Central (BC) and working in case management systems, such as Zendesk.
- Preferable - Education in IT and hardware.
- Preferable - Previous experience in customer service or support.
