JOB DESCRIPTION As pool staff, you will serve in the pool to cover short-term vacancies of up to 14 days in elementary school for grades 1-9. As pool staff, you will be placed at one of the municipality's elementary schools, and part of your duties may also take place at schools outside the urban area. There may also be duties in after-school care. You will be responsible for children and youth according to the regulations, routines, and guidelines that are in place. QUALIFICATIONS We prefer that you are a qualified teacher with certification or have other educational training that the employer considers equivalent. Previous experience in educational work is an advantage. You have a strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, as well as excellent communication skills. You have a structured and development-oriented approach to your work. You are attentive, have good collaboration skills, and maintain an ethical and professional attitude towards others. Since the work will be performed in the municipality's schools, it is desirable that you have a valid B driver's license and access to your own car. The position will be filled on the condition that it is not needed for already permanently employed staff.
