About this role
We are seeking an experienced Risk Coordinator for extensive and long-term investment projects within subway infrastructure. The projects involve renovation and new construction of facilities, buildings, and technical environments, often in complex operational settings where safety, work environment, and coordination are central success factors.
One of the current projects pertains to the renovation and expansion of an existing subway depot, including a new washing and cleaning hall. The project is being carried out concurrently with regular depot operations, which imposes significant demands on structured risk management and close collaboration between the project organization and operations. The contracts are underway, and the project extends several years into the future, presenting considerable technical and operational challenges.
The assignment may encompass one or more projects and is expected to contribute qualified risk expertise throughout the project's lifecycle.

**Your Main Responsibilities:**
- Organize, lead, and follow up on risk work throughout the project.
- Prepare, conduct, and document risk analyses, workshops, and internal meetings.
- Review suppliers' risk management and ensure traceability and quality.
- Continuously report on risk status and contribute to the project's monthly reporting.
- Ensure that risk measures are integrated into project plans and follow-ups (work is conducted in Antura).
- Act as the project's representative in dialogue with suppliers, contractors, and authorities.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to coordination in environments where construction production and operations occur simultaneously.
The assignment may be expanded to include more projects within the section.
**Mandatory Requirements**
