About the Position
Make a Difference with Us
You will serve as the accountant for approximately 35 clients, primarily consisting of housing cooperatives, as well as commercial property owners and municipalities. On behalf of our clients, you will act as the internal orderer for ongoing bookkeeping and the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things:
• Acting as the point of contact for boards, housing cooperative members, suppliers, and authorities
• Transitioning to K3 accounting for housing cooperatives
• Conducting analyses and investment calculations
• Liquidity planning, fee planning, and loan strategies
• Coordinating from a financial perspective to ensure the cooperative has a long-term sustainable and robust economy
You will also present the annual report, budget, and forecasts to the boards. The role includes identifying new needs and developing long-term collaboration with the client.
As an employee at Riksbyggen, you are also expected to be a member of one or more housing cooperatives; if you hold a board position, a responsibility fee will be provided.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in finance and customer relations – who thrives in a role that combines analysis, advisory, and collaboration.
You have:
• A degree in finance from a university or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in accounting, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis
• The ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with high quality
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
As a person, you are communicative, attentive, and professional in your demeanor. You easily build trust and enjoy working collaboratively with others to achieve the best results. You are also analytical, meticulous, and capable of seeing the bigger picture in clients' finances.
The position is a permanent employment and requires a valid driver's license (B). The location for the position is at the office in Luleå or Skellefteå, but work in other locations within the market area may also occur.
