About the Assignment
We at Lernia Staffing & Recruitment are currently seeking a rig mechanic for our client in Gothenburg. The client conducts advanced testing of motor components and drive systems in a modern and technically sophisticated laboratory environment. Here, you will work in a team responsible for testing diesel motor components, valve systems, urea dosing, and injector technology – a crucial part of the client's product development work.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Prepare and conduct test activities on motor components and subsystems
• Install and connect test objects in test cells and measurement systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on test rigs
• Troubleshoot and address technical deviations in collaboration with technical support functions
• Adjust ECU data together with test engineers
• Ensure the highest level of quality, safety, and test results
Who Are We Looking For?
We believe you have a background in industrial mechanics and are comfortable around motors and technical test equipment. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.
Qualifications
• Technical education from high school or equivalent work experience
• Mechanical experience with motors (diesel motors are meritorious)
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and/or pneumatic systems
• Experience with measurement equipment and test environments is meritorious
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
