About us

Capio Movement is a modern specialist hospital providing qualified care in rheumatology, orthopedics, sports injuries, rehabilitation, and imaging diagnostics. We help our patients achieve a better life in movement and value the personal encounter, where care, security, and warmth are at the center.

We are approximately 125 employees. Around 30 individuals work in our rheumatology departments in Halmstad and Varberg. As a partner to Region Halland, we are responsible for specialized rheumatological care. We are now seeking a new colleague to join our team in Halmstad.

Your role

As a rheumatologist with us, you will be part of an experienced and committed team where collaboration and quality characterize everyday work. You will work in the outpatient clinic with the investigation, follow-up, and treatment of patients with rheumatological diseases.

One day a week, you will have on-call duties where you assess referrals and respond to consultation calls (from Halland Hospital and primary care) via phone. The assignment takes place during daytime on weekdays.

If you have an interest in guidance, you are welcome to take on a supervisory role for our specialty training doctors.

About you

You are a specialist in rheumatology with several years of experience in outpatient work and are accustomed to using ultrasound. You are confident in your professional role, able to work independently, and enjoy close collaboration with other professions.

Experience in supervising specialty training doctors is an advantage. You communicate well in Swedish and interact with patients and colleagues with professionalism, commitment, and warmth.
