Return Receiver

About the position We are currently seeking a returns receiver for one of our clients in Upplands Väsby. The responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining equipment returned after rental, such as construction machinery, tools, or scaffolding. The tasks also involve minor repairs, customer contact, deliveries, and managing incoming materials. Responsibilities - Receiving and Inspection: Accept and perform an initial functionality check of returned equipment. - Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean, paint, and carry out minor maintenance and repairs on the equipment, both mechanically and electrically. - Documentation: Register incoming machines and materials in an internal system and report any damages. - Customer Contact: Respond to customer inquiries and assist with equipment during delivery and pickup, as well as upselling. - Administration: Manage bookings and orders in the company's business system. Qualifications We prefer candidates with a technical background, preferably within the construction sector, and an interest in mechanics, along with experience in performing minor repairs. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with handling and repairing machinery, ideally with a technical education or equivalent experience. - Social Skills: Good teamwork abilities, customer-oriented, and service-minded. - Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers to manage internal systems. - Driver's License: A valid B driver's license, as it may occasionally be necessary to drive smaller machines to customers.
