We are now seeking someone who wants to work with reception, return handling, service, and maintenance of our machine fleet – and who enjoys varied tasks, independent responsibility, and customer contact. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire return and reception process, including customer reception billing - Receiving and function-checking returned machines - Performing maintenance, repairs, and servicing of the machine fleet - Maintaining order in storage shelves and ensuring machines and spare parts are labeled - Ordering and managing spare parts and billing customer damages - Maintaining service logs and ensuring service intervals are followed - Picking customer orders, loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods - Developing customer relationships in every interaction and contributing to the best customer experience through daily customer contact - Reporting quality deficiencies and actively participating in improvement work - Collaborating closely with colleagues and contributing to a good work environment, health, and safety culture We are looking for someone who has: - A solution-oriented and organized personality - An offensive and curious mindset – seeing opportunities where others see obstacles - A strong desire to develop and take responsibility - Ability to collaborate while working independently - Good machine knowledge and technical interest - Forklift certification and B driver's license (lift certification and BE license are meritorious) At Derome Machine Rental, drive, simplicity, responsibility, and long-term thinking are more than just words – they permeate everything we do.
