About the Position INOMEC is the leading rental company for lifting and line equipment in the Nordic region. As INOMEC is currently in an exciting growth phase, we are now seeking a Returns Receiver for our depot in Västberga. In this role, you will work closely with the Depot Manager as well as the sales and service teams. A significant responsibility will rest on this individual to ensure that the high level of service our customers have come to expect is maintained. You will be the person who interacts with the most customers and transporters, so strong social skills are a must. As quality is one of the cornerstones of our growth, it will also be your responsibility to uphold this standard. You will report directly to the Depot Manager in Västberga and work very closely with the sales and service teams. When you step into this role, you will receive a thorough introduction to what INOMEC is and stands for, as well as all of our products. We continuously provide further training for our staff, both externally and internally. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is resilient under stress, enjoys juggling multiple tasks, and meeting people. Experience in any form of rental is highly advantageous. A strong interest in mechanical engineering and a solution-oriented mindset are essential. Since we work with the rental of a variety of technical and mechanical products, there will be much to learn in order to provide our customers with the best service. If you have the interest, we have the knowledge to train you. An important part of the role will be managing goods reception and operating a forklift. Our industry offers constant innovations, and our goal is to always provide these to our customers. The position is a six-month probationary employment, after which it will transition to a permanent position. Salary range (depending on qualifications and experience in similar roles, etc.) is 34,000 - 40,000 SEK/month. The minimum notice period after the probationary period is three months for both parties. Vacation is 25 days (the number of days can be negotiated based on experience, age, etc.). Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK/year. Occupational pension through Handelsbanken. Voluntary wellness insurance. Free breakfast every day. One hour of wellness per week during lunch, covered by the company. Voluntary. All insurances required by collective agreements and more. (INOMEC is not affiliated with any collective agreement but strives to have similar or better conditions). Company phone and free subscription. Regular working hours are normally 40 hours per week excluding lunch. The working hours are flexible and are scheduled between 07:00-16:00 in winter and 07:00-15:00 in summer (separate information will be provided each year regarding the dates/times applicable for summer hours).
