Recruiter for Retail Recruitment – Gothenburg Are you interested in working with some of Sweden's most well-known retail chains while developing yourself in a company that breathes commitment, pace, and teamwork? Then you might be our next colleague! Retail Recruitment is in an exciting development phase and is now strengthening the team in Gothenburg with an additional recruiter. About the Role As a recruiter with us, you'll drive the entire recruitment process, from requirement profile and search to placement. You'll work closely with our clients and candidates and be a crucial part of delivering high-quality recruitment with pace, structure, and heart. We recruit broadly within retail – from key personnel in stores and regions to leading specialist and management roles at headquarters. Our assignments span the entire retail chain and include both Swedish and Nordic actors in retail, FMCG, and e-commerce. In our work, we use competency-based interview techniques and place great importance on creating a fair, structured, and professional process for both client and candidate. Your Responsibilities • Independently drive recruitment processes from start to finish • Identify, attract, and match candidates to our clients' needs • Active client engagement • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates • Contribute to the development of our working methods, social media presence, and employer brand We Believe You • Have recruitment experience – from a recruitment company, internal HR team, or similar • Have a genuine interest in people, business, and retail • Thrive in an environment with pace, commitment, and high service levels • Are attentive, communicative, and express yourself well verbally and in writing • Enjoy networking, staying updated on LinkedIn, and making new contacts • Enjoy working on brand building on social media • Preferably have experience from retail and ideally have education in HR, recruitment, or a related field We Offer • A role in a wonderful and committed team with an open culture and close collaboration • Opportunity to influence both your role and the company's development • Bonus on top of base salary • Responsibility with freedom, flexible hours, and some hybrid work options • Training allowance and opportunity to exercise during work hours We are located in central Gothenburg in a modern co-working office with access to breakfast, coffee, weekly group exercise, and after-work events with other companies.
