About the position Every year, Swedavia brings in a large number of consultants to meet its needs for skills and resources. The Resource Office, part of Swedavia's Procurement Department, is responsible for the procurement of consultants. The Resource Office's task is to support all ten of Swedavia's airports and business units when there is a need for external consultants. You will also be part of a company that proactively works with sustainable development, where you will be a crucial key to our success in major development projects at the airports. At our airports, we meet the whole world. It is a unique workplace with the pulse and atmosphere of aviation. We believe that differences and diversity enrich us and see it as a prerequisite for our future development as a sustainable company. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing incoming specifications to ensure they comply with procured framework agreements and regulations according to LOU. - Sending out requests to framework agreement suppliers and assessing, compiling, and communicating the responses received. - Establishing and managing purchase requests in the business system IFS. - Following up on assignments, maintaining structure, and ensuring that the procurement process is conducted correctly and within given timeframes. - Providing advice, guidance, and service to internal clients regarding agreements, routines, and procurement processes. - Working closely with colleagues, brainstorming daily, and collaboratively solving both large and small challenges in a fast-paced environment. This is a role where you need to maintain control, order, and oversight while also enjoying a fast and dynamic daily routine where much is time-sensitive. Who are you? You are accustomed to working independently, managing multiple assignments, and delivering within clear processes and regulations. Experience with business systems, particularly IFS, or insight into the construction or engineering consulting industry is a clear advantage. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and driven. You enjoy order and clarity, easily build trust, and thrive in a role that combines administration, service, and problem-solving. You follow processes with precision but also see opportunities and find solutions within given frameworks. You enjoy collaborating, discussing questions, and contributing to a positive team spirit while being confident in taking responsibility and driving your own matters forward. About the organization The consulting role is suitable for you if you want to gain broad experience in a short time. We offer you the chance to work in popular workplaces with well-known brands where you can develop your skills and broaden your CV.
