The Kungsparken unit for regular housing currently consists of twelve sections distributed across three resource areas. We are now seeking a Resource Home Care Coordinator for Västra Kanalgatan 6! We have a strong collaboration both within our sections and across different operations. We focus on user involvement, participation, and continuity.
The workplace is located in central Malmö, with good public transport options. Working hours are during the day with varying start times at 06:30 or 06:45, Monday to Friday, and duty every eighth weekend.

Job Responsibilities
As a Resource Home Care Coordinator, you will have an overall overview and be responsible for daily coordination and schedule planning of home care services in close collaboration with your section manager and other staff in the area.
You will also work with absence planning and ensure short-term staffing, primarily using our Lifecare planning system. You will receive orders from the authority and manage ongoing other tasks that arise in the operation. You will have daily contact with users and relatives, as well as other internal and external stakeholders relevant to the operation.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• A completed high school education
• At least five years of experience working as a home care coordinator
• Proficiency in using a computer as a tool and a willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new programs and systems
• Previous experience working with the Lifecare and Mina planer systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have:
• A high school education with a focus on health and care
• Experience as a home care coordinator within regular housing in the Health, Care, and Welfare Administration, City of Malmö
• Work experience in care work
• Experience working with the Medvind and Vikariebanken systems
As a home care coordinator, you will be part of a larger context alongside other professional groups, both externally and internally. Therefore, you need to be communicative and possess good collaboration skills. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to structure your work, as you will handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The work is fast-paced and requires patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
