We are now looking for two resource managers for our special accommodations in Malmö, where you will become a central support resource for both operations and employees. This position offers a varied role with significant influence, allowing you to utilize your leadership skills to drive improvements that make a real difference. About the Role As a resource manager, you have the opportunity to influence and develop in a dynamic environment. You will temporarily take responsibility for all or part of the managerial role within special care, adapting to different operations while contributing with your solution-focused approach. The role requires you to quickly familiarize yourself with new assignments and create value through your leadership and ability to build strong relationships. You engage with employees respectfully and confidently, considering their unique needs while navigating the management team with a humble and adaptable attitude. Responsibilities As a resource manager, you will be responsible for: • Present leadership: Guiding and motivating staff to create a positive work environment and ensure quality. • Coordination and coaching: Organizing, supporting, and guiding employees to achieve common goals. • Work environment: Driving and following up on work environment initiatives to create a safe and healthy workplace. • Compliance and finance: Ensuring that the operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and budgetary frameworks. • Collaboration: Building strong partnerships within the organization and with external stakeholders, including union representatives. • Development and improvements: Identifying and disseminating successful practices and contributing to the long-term development of the operations. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: • A relevant academic degree, at least 180 ECTS. • Several years of experience as a manager in care and nursing, particularly in special accommodations or regular housing. • Experience with budget, personnel, and operational responsibilities. • Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Preferable: • Experience working as a manager in elderly care. • Experience working in a politically governed organization. • Leadership training. Who Are You?
