We are now seeking a competent and dedicated resource childcare worker for our fantastic preschool. As a resource worker at Tollare Preschool, you will be part of the team and work under the guidance of preschool teachers. We are looking for someone who takes their role seriously and has a strong focus on children. You need to have some experience in educational work at the preschool level, and we highly value personal qualities and good social skills. As a person, you are responsible, secure, present, interested, and always put the children and their needs first.

You have some experience working in a preschool and collaborating within a team. You are flexible, secure, and have an ability to adapt to meet each child's needs in the best possible way. You are engaged and build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
You have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can contribute to the children's language development as well as communicate clearly with parents.
A criminal record extract must be presented before employment.
The position is a fixed-term employment from January 1, 2026, until June 30, 2026.
