We are looking for an engaged resource in the children's group who wants to be part of a preschool where children's learning, collaboration, and participation are at the center. **About the Position** Scope: 75–90% Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (Approx. 6 months) Start Date: January 5, 2025, or by agreement We are seeking a resource for a child in need of special support. The child has diabetes, and you will be the child's support throughout the day at preschool. You will work closely with the team to create a safe, educational, and joyful everyday life where the child has the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. **Your Responsibilities** - Provide support to the child throughout the day, for example during meals and blood sugar checks. - Collaborate with other staff and guardians to create security and continuity. - Actively participate in the children's group's activities alongside colleagues. **Qualifications** You are a cheerful, stable, and secure person with a strong commitment to children's development. You are independent, responsible, patient, and meticulous. Good collaboration skills and a positive attitude towards working with colleagues, guardians, and external parties are essential. **Meritorious:** - Have training as a childcare worker or teaching assistant. - Have experience working with children with diabetes. - Have previously worked in a preschool setting. **We Are Looking for You!** We are seeking an engaged and positive childcare worker with a genuine interest in children's development and learning.
