Töcksfors School is a primary school (grades F-6) with approximately 190 students who have the opportunity to grow and develop in a safe and inspiring environment. In addition to primary school, we offer preschool class and after-school care.
Our modern and well-equipped facilities contribute to a learning environment where both students and staff feel comfortable. The newly built section for grades F-3 has just been completed, and the facilities for grades 4-6 were finished in 2019. At Töcksfors School, we actively work on student well-being, influence, and goal achievement. The school day starts at 08:00, and we regularly meet for workplace meetings focused on clear themes for school development. Our pedagogical planning and work are based on an ambition to continuously improve and adapt the organization to meet our students' needs.
We are proud of our well-functioning support system that quickly identifies and addresses students' needs early on. Our organization includes special education teachers, special education coordinators, counselors, and school nurses, and through student health services, we also have access to school psychologists and school doctors.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking a new team member for Töcksfors School, preschool class, and after-school care.
The work involves team teaching in the classroom and one-on-one support for a student. You will be an adult role model for the student and collaborate closely with class mentors and other colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with experience working with students' special needs in school. Previous or current leadership experience in leisure activities is a plus. You should be comfortable working in teams, be creative, have good initiative, and remain calm. We prefer candidates who are self-motivated, can think outside the box, and have diverse work experience.
