The position is a combined role where you will work in two areas. **Responsibilities** The position is twofold: to plan and implement LSS leisure activities and to serve as a resource in Knivsta's municipal autism spectrum group. Both services involve the same students and are currently located at Adolfsberg School. In the LSS leisure activities, you will work to ensure that young people with various disabilities, primarily within the autism spectrum, receive the right support for a meaningful leisure time. You will actively promote student participation and adapt your working methods according to their wishes and needs. **QUALIFICATIONS** Experience and a strong interest in working with students with autism spectrum disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, and intellectual disabilities are desirable. You are positive and see multiple ways to acquire new skills as a natural part of your work. We are looking for candidates with education in the health and social care program with a focus on disabilities or the child and youth program with a focus on pedagogical and social work, or other qualifications that the employer deems suitable. Experience working within LSS services is preferred. Knowledge and experience in low-arousal approaches and a pedagogical background are advantageous. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have basic computer skills. As a person, you are responsible, respectful, and calm and secure in yourself. You have good collaboration skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. You should be able to take responsibility and plan and organize your work independently. You are flexible and responsive in your working methods and can contribute to a positive work environment. You should have the students' needs at the center and maintain a professional demeanor towards students, guardians, and colleagues.
