The operation is part of a target group-adapted organization with a mission to create a person-centered and efficient home care service for individuals over and under 65 years of age.
There is a close and well-functioning collaboration with support functions such as HR, finance, and business development, which gives you a solid foundation to focus on quality, leadership, and results. You will also be part of a rotating schedule as an on-call manager, where you will be available for urgent matters during evenings, weekends, and nights a few times a year. What we can offer you
Here, you will have a meaningful assignment with the opportunity to influence and shape the future of home care. You will work in bright offices close to public transport and nature, with flexible working hours and access to a gym, wellness benefits, and extra days off.
