Business Unit Manager Role We are now seeking a Business Unit Manager for Combitech's Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) unit. Combitech is in an expansive phase with strong growth driven by an uncertain global situation. We are looking for a Business Unit Manager who wants to develop business relationships and employees to meet emerging market needs. Our customers span both the defense industry and other private companies and public sectors. Our customers are managing challenges in a complex global environment and increasing regulatory requirements, where Combitech offers a unique proposition. We are seeking a leader driven by business development who wants to deliver our offering to customers, together with our employees. As Business Unit Manager for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), you will have comprehensive responsibility for business, delivery, finances, and customer relations. You will lead the organization alongside your management team, consisting of yourself and your consulting unit managers. Together, you will create conditions for the unit and staff to develop and succeed. The unit currently has approximately 30 employees based at our various offices throughout Sweden. You will also be part of the management team for the Secure Business area, becoming an important culture bearer within Combitech. Your ability to drive change and development is crucial for strengthening the business unit and the business area's competitiveness. Who Are You? We are seeking someone with experience in GRC, preferably from practical work with standards and regulations affecting our customers. This might include experience with NIS2, CRA, ISO27001, or CMMC. To succeed in the role, we seek someone with experience leading teams and building a culture of engagement, learning, and knowledge sharing. You should have documented success in business development and sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into sustainable business plans. Strong communication skills, comfort with giving and receiving constructive feedback, and experience working strategically in complex organizations are important. We seek someone with genuine interest in people and their motivations. You lead with trust and clarity, inspire through coaching and inclusive leadership, and create engagement through dialogue, participation, and shared goals.
