We are seeking restaurant staff who are currently working in or aspiring to join the Bastard Burgers restaurant team, to prepare and serve Sweden's best hamburgers. You are open to varied tasks and can work both in the kitchen and at the cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and culinary craft. As a restaurant team member at Bastard Burgers, you will work in a fast-paced environment, making communication crucial for smooth and enjoyable teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle these efficiently and solution-oriented.
You have the right attitude and a fantastic personality, understanding that you are incredibly important to both guests and colleagues. You come to work with great energy - just like the rest of the team. It's a given for you that guests receive the best service. Your CV is not as important as your willingness to work and develop together with us - we already have the knowledge and are happy to teach you.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Requirements: None
• Experience Requirements: None, but previous experience in restaurant and service industry is advantageous
• Language Requirements: Speak English or Swedish. Proficiency in both languages is a plus.
• We prefer candidates who are collaborative, have a positive attitude, are committed to Bastard Burgers, and are already familiar with us!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• We prefer candidates living in the local area of the restaurant
