ChopChop is opening a new restaurant in Karlstad Välsviken - Do you want to be a part of it? ChopChop is looking to recruit the first 5 stars for our team in this initial hiring round! Do you enjoy providing great service, learning new things, and being part of a fantastic group? Perfect! We are seeking individuals who want to work part-time (80%), with the possibility of working more. The work schedule will include daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What do you actually do at ChopChop? Good question! Here’s a clear picture of what the job entails – so you know what you’re getting into (and hopefully get excited about it!):
Your main responsibilities:
• Take care of our guests – with a big smile, genuine engagement, and excellent service. We want our guests to feel seen and satisfied, whether they are busy lunch diners or families enjoying a Friday night.
• Work at the cash register – you will take orders, provide recommendations (yes, you will soon know our menu by heart), and handle payments smoothly and professionally.
• Prepare and serve food – it should be quick, but never careless. We work with quality and pride, so we want every dish you serve to feel like a little tasty gift.
• Keep things clean and tidy – for the sake of both our guests and yourself. No one likes to work in chaos – so we help each other with cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining order in the kitchen and dining area.
• Collaborate in a team – we work together here. No one is left alone with the dishes or the evening shift. We cover for each other, support one another, and laugh together – even when it gets stressful.
