About this role

**Your Assignment** As a vocational teacher at Kunskapscompaniet, you will be responsible for the entire teaching program alongside your colleagues. You will plan, prepare, and conduct lessons in accordance with the guidelines and regulations set by the Swedish National Agency for Education's curricula, as well as our internal guidelines and policies. The teaching will include both theoretical and practical components, and you should be competent in both areas. The position also includes the procurement, planning, and follow-up of internship placements, where we would appreciate your contributions through your industry contacts. **To Apply, We Require:** - At least one (1) year of full-time professional experience in the subject area of instruction, specifically in basic vocational pathways such as meal support, restaurant assistant, kitchen assistant, etc., Chef, and cold kitchen chef (mandatory requirement). - At least two (2) years of experience educating adults in the vocational area full-time (high school, municipal adult education and/or labor market training) within the last six years (mandatory requirement). - A documented track record as an effective educator. - A vocational teaching degree (preferred). **To Succeed in This Role, We Know You Are:** - A natural leader who is outgoing and values everyone's differences. - Friendly and empathetic, with ease in building good relationships with students and colleagues. **Conditions** - Employment type: Short-term substitute with the possibility of extension.
