We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for our new restaurant at Hamnplan 5!
Hamnplan 5 in Visby is currently a vibrant and seasonal meeting place where fashion, events, and experiences come together under one roof. During the summer months, the premises are filled by two well-known clothing stores – Gant and Sail Racing – contributing to a dynamic and attractive atmosphere in Visby harbor. Beyond retail, Hamnplan 5 serves as a natural and central arena for events, especially during Almedalen Week, where the location has become an obvious hub for activities, meetings, and mingling.
Now we are taking the next step and launching our own restaurant in the premises. Ahead of the opening in early 2026, we are initiating a recruitment process to build a strong team that will create even more reasons to visit Hamnplan 5 – year-round and in the midst of summer's pulse.
We are seeking a driven, wonderful, and committed Restaurant Manager who wants to help build, shape, and lead our new restaurant into an obvious meeting place in Visby harbor.

· Be involved in establishing the business
· Be responsible for daily operations – from staff management and guest experience to finances and planning
