About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead the daily operations and develop the restaurant's concept, quality, and guest experience. The role is both operational and strategic, with responsibilities for staff, finances, menu planning, and creating clear routines. You will work closely with the Operations Manager for music and events to create a cohesive experience between food, atmosphere, and programming in the venue.
Responsibilities
• Lead and plan daily operations.
• Staff management, recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and workplace environment.
• Menu planning, purchasing, and quality assurance.
• Budget and financial responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Participate in event packaging and marketing.
• Be present in the operations and lead hospitality.
• Drive business and concept development.
Qualifications
• Experience in leading restaurant or service operations.
• Strong understanding of operations, finance, and personnel management.
• Experience in kitchen logistics and menu development is an advantage.
• Background in event operations is a plus.
