ChopChop is coming to Norrköping Ingelsta in spring 2026, and we are now seeking our new star – a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager who wants to be part of this fantastic and exciting journey from the start.
Together with ChopChop, you'll help launch a new restaurant with everything that entails. Lead an entirely new team and collectively create amazing guest experiences while helping develop one of Sweden's most expansive fast food concepts – ChopChop!
To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership position, preferably as a restaurant manager, store manager, or equivalent. You have worked in restaurants or retail and are accustomed to a high-paced environment, customer focus, and working towards clear goals. This experience has given you the confidence to make quick decisions, motivate your team, and deliver at a high level – every day.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the entire restaurant's operations. You'll lead and inspire your team daily, create a positive work environment, and ensure that both guests and employees are met with energy, quality, and professionalism. Using clear goals, structure, and strong leadership, you'll drive the restaurant forward – both operationally and strategically.
You'll have full responsibility for staff, results, work environment, service, and sales – supported by an engaged support team.
You will:
• Lead and develop your team to perform at peak level – every day
• Set and follow up on goals related to sales, service, and quality
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and personnel development
• Ensure guests receive an experience that lives up to our core values: Delicious. Fast. Simple.
• Actively work with routines, hygiene, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to local marketing and be a strong external face for ChopChop
About You
You are a confident and inspiring leader who enjoys seeing people grow. You have experience leading teams – preferably in restaurants or service – and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, make decisions, and drive results. You are structured, solution-oriented, and motivated by clear goals. Service is in your DNA, and you have a keen eye for details without losing sight of the big picture.
