We are currently seeking a Dining Room Manager who wants to join us on this journey and lead the restaurant towards its goals. As the Dining Room Manager at Green Hotel, you will be the one who holds the dining room together and sets the tone for the entire guest experience. You will greet guests with warmth and professionalism, present menus and beverages with ease, and ensure that every visit is memorable.
You will lead the dining room team, including servers and runners, with a steady hand. You will coach and inspire, pay attention to details, and create a joyful work environment. At the same time, you will be the link between the kitchen, reception, and dining room, ensuring that service flows smoothly and feels natural for the guest.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least three years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
• Is a present and confident leader who motivates their team to perform and have fun
• Has solid knowledge of gastronomy, wine, and service – sommelier training is a significant plus
• Pays attention to the details that make a difference and is truly passionate about hospitality
