We will do our best to support your development, but we also expect your commitment and curiosity, creating a culture of continuous learning. **Restaurant Manager – About the Role** We want to work with someone who loves people and food just as much as we do. As the Restaurant Manager at Bastard Burgers, you are responsible for maintaining a high level of service and ensuring that both guests and employees are satisfied and happy. You lead the team with the right attitude and positive energy. You have experience in a previous restaurant or service role and understand that there will be stressful moments, but that service and food must always be excellent. You will have overall responsibility for scheduling, procurement, personnel costs, and essentially everything that happens in the restaurant. The work entails a strong operational focus, both in the kitchen and front of house, with administrative tasks where you are expected to take high ownership. Operational work in the restaurant accounts for approximately 80% of your time. **Overall Responsibilities:** - Take responsibility for the results and the unit as a whole – in relation to set key performance indicators - Train and recruit staff - Responsible for measuring, evaluating, developing, and reporting results for your unit - Systematically follow up in internal systems - Establish safe working conditions and adhere to the internal systematic workplace safety processes - Ensure that food safety regulations are followed in accordance with hygiene requirements - Actively work with and implement Bastard Burgers' equality plan and core values within the unit **Are We a Match?
