The restaurant is located in central Danderyd, within walking distance of the metro station (Mörby Centrum). It is an atmospheric restaurant with antique furniture and artwork on the walls from the turn of the century. We have, among other things, a Chambre separé that can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Here we serve breakfast daily, à la carte lunch, and occasionally we are also open in the evening, host wine tastings and dinners, after-work events, and have event facilities.
The kitchen, in addition to preparing lunches, also produces meal boxes during other times in the kitchen.
We believe that you who are applying for this position, just like us, have a higher level of ambition in both big and small matters. You enjoy and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, you like to build and lead teams, you are organized and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. You have previous experience managing a restaurant with its associated kitchen. You understand the importance of service, ensuring flavors and presentation of food and drinks are spot on, maintaining freshness in what we sell, and ensuring a polished and dynamic environment for yourself, other staff, and the establishment as a whole.
