Then you might be the one we are looking for! At Ticket, we are now seeking a new star for our store in Farsta Centrum. With us, you will have a dynamic and developing everyday life – alongside wonderful colleagues who support each other every day. What does the job entail? As a travel salesperson, you will assist our customers in planning and booking their dream trips – from city weekends to long journeys, cruises, or family vacations. You will guide, advise, and sell the complete package – flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and events – in-store, over the phone, and digitally. However, the job is about more than just selling travel. It is also complex; we use over 30 different systems, work with many suppliers, and manage a multitude of routines and regulations. This requires you to be quick, precise, and solution-oriented – and to enjoy immersing yourself in new things. Your start with us – real onboarding We understand that there is a lot to learn, which is why you will receive structured onboarding alongside your manager and team. You will receive training in systems, products, and working methods while getting to know colleagues from across Sweden. Here, we follow a “learning by doing” approach with support along the way.
