About the Position
The Parts Specialist role is critical in ensuring efficient and well-organized inventory management and high service levels for both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for managing and selling parts and accessories, with the goal of supporting technicians and customers while contributing to the company's operational success by following established policies and procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management: Organize storage spaces, ensure products are correctly labeled and easily accessible, perform regular inventory checks, and handle incoming and outgoing deliveries according to established procedures. You will update the inventory system with new information, manage order processing, and ensure optimized stock levels.
• Goods Reception: Receive incoming deliveries, verify against orders and delivery notes, unpack and sort items, and report any deviations such as shipping damages or missing goods.
• Technician Support: Pick and prepare parts for ongoing and upcoming service and repair work. You will assist technicians with information on item numbers, inventory status, and delivery times, helping to minimize workshop downtime.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
• Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry
• Understanding of the entire service process and a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to work systematically and efficiently, even under time pressure
• Good communication skills in Swedish & English, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license (B-license) (requirement)
