About this role

Haraldssons Tunga Fordon AB is a family-owned company that operates with a focus on customer benefit, supported by an organization where everyone collaborates. We conduct workshops and sales of Mercedes-Benz trucks, superstructures, Komatsu construction machinery, Deutz-Fahr tractors with associated equipment, as well as tires for heavy vehicles. In our team, the parts specialist plays a central role, juggling multiple tasks. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a strong drive who ensures that tasks are completed thoroughly and actively works to exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include: - Engaging with external and internal customers at the counter and over the phone - Ordering spare parts within the agreed timeframe - Continuously following up on orders and providing feedback to customers - Regularly replenishing and updating inventory - Handling complaints and returns Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in similar roles. Good computer skills are required as the job involves a significant understanding of systems. Experience with heavy vehicles is desirable. A B driver's license is mandatory; having a forklift license is a plus. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and value collaboration with your colleagues. As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, organized, self-driven, and interact with both internal and external customers in a professional and friendly manner.
