As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will support the global service organization and internal departments. You will work closely with colleagues from various cultures and technical disciplines, and the role is broad, with responsibilities for the administration of spare parts, upgrade kits, and operational tasks. You combine accuracy with creativity and a solution-focused approach in an agile, global support environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves systematically managing, updating, and maintaining spare parts lists, change orders, and flows related to production and service. You will work with configuration management, analyze consumption, and optimize inventory levels globally, as well as contribute to the company's digitalization journey.
* Configure spare parts and upgrade kits
* Create and maintain spare parts lists
* Perform machine configuration checks (SW/HW)
* Update price lists
* Analyze spare parts consumption and relevant BI data
* Set inventory levels for the company's global stock
* Contribute to the company's digitalization journey
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has relevant education in logistics, purchasing, or business administration, or equivalent experience
- Has experience in configuration management
- Has experience with ERP and PLM systems
- Possesses good skills in Excel and the Office suite
- Has excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has a strong technical interest
It is advantageous if you have
- Experience with systems such as M3, Aras, Salesforce, ServiceMax
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or QlikSense
- A good understanding of logistics and business processes
- Experience working at the interface between R&D and production
