ABOUT THE POSITION
As Parts Responsible, you will become a key person in RemaSawco's daily operations. You will be responsible for the entire chain – from customer inquiry and quote to packaging and delivery – ensuring that each step is executed with quality, precision, and excellent service. The role combines customer contact, administration, and practical work. You will handle customer inquiries, create quotes, register orders, pick and ship spare parts, and contribute to developing efficient routines. Since this is a new position, you will play a central role in building and shaping structures and working methods – a mission suited for someone who enjoys responsibility, order, and improvement work. You will work closely with the Service Manager and collaborate with colleagues in both service and logistics.

TASKS
You will, among other things:
* Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone and email
* Establish quotes and price proposals for customers
* Register orders and follow up deliveries
* Pick, pack, and ship spare parts
* Coordinate with warehouse, service, and purchasing to ensure delivery precision
* Contribute to improved routines and increased structure in administrative flows
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have experience with administrative work in order, logistics, or purchasing
- Are familiar with practical tasks, preferably in warehouse or spare parts management
- Are structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Have good communication skills and enjoy customer dialogues
- Have economic understanding and business sense
- Are experienced with systems – preferably Visma
- Thrive in an environment where you handle daily routines and improve working methods
It is meritorious if you have
- Forklift driving experience (forklift certification)
- Experience in streamlining logistics flows
