As this is a traveling position, you'll be offered a company car or company car benefit, along with per diems and travel compensation. Your introduction begins with comprehensive training, including fieldwork with a colleague and introductory training in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland alongside technician colleagues from around the world. TRUMPF offers long-term and ongoing technical skills development, and you'll progressively take on increasingly complex assignments independently through expanded responsibilities and training.
