**About the Position**
We are currently seeking an experienced service technician or repair technician for CIDAN. You will be an important team member at an exciting company that manufactures sheet metal processing machines. You will work with the service and repair of machines at customer sites throughout Sweden, and we prefer that you reside in SödertÀlje or the surrounding area. Your focus will be on the entire country. Work with foreign customers may occur, as well as work in our factory as needed.
**Job Description**
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preventive maintenance.
- Repairs/corrective maintenance.
- Installation and commissioning of machines.
- Training and educating customers in the operation of machines.
- Providing feedback on machine faults and other field experiences.
- Renovation of used machines.
Internally, the company has a technical support team that will assist you in solving complex problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and planning customer visits, including timing and spare parts.
- Conducting work systematically and with high quality to achieve high operational reliability.
- Reporting your work, causes of faults, and actions taken in our administrative systems.
- Taking responsibility for your service vehicle, including spare parts and tools.
**We Are Looking For Someone Who**
Has previous experience working as a service technician or has worked with the repair of machines or vehicles, both mechanically and electrically. Familiarity with computers and control systems is also important.
Fluency in Swedish and good English, both spoken and written, is required; knowledge of other languages such as German is an advantage.
Your personal qualities include being a problem solver with a strong service mindset, responsible, meticulous, and structured. Travel is extensive, with regular overnight stays.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
