About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will work with the service, installation, and maintenance of Torell Pump's products at customer sites. The job involves traveling across the country – from Malmö to Luleå – with Motala as your base location, where the service workshop is situated. Several overnight stays per week are expected.
The role combines hands-on work with customer-facing assignments where you represent the company on-site. You will participate in contract and customer meetings, find solutions, and ensure that installations and systems function as they should. Work is often carried out in pairs, sometimes independently, and you will be involved in planning your assignments.
As Torell Pump’s representative, you play a vital role in the company’s customer relationships – a technically skilled and trustworthy individual who stands for quality and service in every task.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Handy and technically interested – perhaps experienced in assembling, welding, or mechanical work
• Responsible and solution-oriented
• Service-minded, positive, and confident in customer interactions
• Experienced in working independently but also in a team
Previous experience with pumps, assembly, or service is advantageous but not a requirement. Torell Pump will provide you with a thorough introduction and training, both internally and with suppliers. The most important qualities are a good technical ability, a positive attitude, and a comfort in being out meeting customers.
The position also requires a B driver's license and good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
