Previously, sales were handled by partners, but they have now brought the function in-house with the ambition to build a stable and successful internal sales department. Location: Based in Stockholm (Travel is included in the position; you will travel to various projects in Sweden and stay overnight. Accommodation, car, and transportation will be covered by the employer) Desired start: As soon as possible Employment type: Full-time Salary: Base salary + commission About the team & role As a Construction Sales Representative, you will be the company's local presence in the final stages of the sales phase – before the company builds the fiber network in an area. Together with your sales team, you will visit different locations, going door-to-door to inform residents that the project is about to start, answer questions, and offer residents a final chance to join. Your efforts will enable more households to access the infrastructure of the future – while maximizing the project's profitability. Main responsibilities: - Visit households in areas where fiber expansion is about to begin - Inform about the project and answer questions from residents - Offer last-minute fiber connections and manage orders - Document visits and update the CRM or order system - Collaborate closely with project managers and construction teams to maintain timing - Follow up on expressions of interest and previous dialogues About you We expect you to have: - A valid driver's license - The ability to work in different locations during the week - Some form of previous work experience, preferably in a role where you have interacted with customers - Experience working towards clear goals and results, such as in previous jobs or sports - A good ability to build trust in meetings with people To fit and thrive in this role, we see that you enjoy talking to new people and are comfortable working independently in the field. We are not looking for the most experienced candidate but rather someone with the right mindset who is driven to create business and does not give up after a "no," demonstrating persistence and patience. You are structured and meticulous in your follow-up, as well as results-driven and competitive. We consider it an advantage if you have: - Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, event or retail sales – preferably targeting private individuals and in fiber, energy, or subscription services - Technical understanding of broadband/fiber - Familiarity with working in CRM systems or sales apps - Experience handling objections and adapting your message to the target audience - Local knowledge of the relevant area About the company Digital infrastructure for everyone - In today's society, access to stable and fast connectivity is a prerequisite for full participation.
