Plejd is continuing to develop in Switzerland and is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to cover the entire Swiss market! With a solid base already in place, we see strong potential in both the German-speaking and French-speaking parts of the country. We wish to strengthen our team with someone capable of developing sales, building sustainable relationships, and contributing to our continuous expansion. We simplify electricians' work through innovative solutions based on the latest technologies. The Position In this B2B sales role, you will work closely with electrical equipment distributors and professional electricians to ensure that Plejd's intelligent lighting and solar protection solutions become an integral part of their range and daily work. The focus is on creating long-term relationships, conducting practical product demonstrations, and supporting distributors and electricians to help them understand and promote Plejd solutions. As this is a traveling sales position, you will spend significant time in the field – conducting client visits, training sessions, and attending professional trade shows. The position is home-based but involves frequent travel. Desired Profile We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional with experience selling to electrical equipment distributors and/or in the installation sector. You must have a good understanding of electrical installations, and experience as an electrician is a definite advantage. You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, capable of establishing trust and developing sustainable partnerships. Responsibilities - Develop sales and strengthen Plejd's presence across the entire Swiss market (German and French-speaking regions) - Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and electricians - Conduct product demonstrations and lead training sessions - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth - Serve as the primary contact for Swiss clients, working closely with our support team based in Sweden Languages and Other Requirements Fluency in German or French, both spoken and written, is essential. Being bilingual is a particular advantage. Good English skills (the group's language) are desired and considered an advantage, but not a formal requirement. Additional language skills, such as Italian, are a plus. The position involves frequent travel throughout Switzerland.
