Repair Technician

We are currently looking for a technician who wants to become an important part of our team in the eastern area – a region that accounts for approximately half of our rental properties in the eastern part of Värnamo, Bor, and Rydaholm. **About the role** As a technician at Finnvedsbostäder, you have an important mission – to work with your colleagues to ensure that our tenants feel comfortable and secure in their homes. You will handle a variety of tasks in and around our properties and are often the one to meet tenants in their daily lives. This means that your interpersonal skills and service orientation are just as important as your technical expertise. **Examples of responsibilities:** - Troubleshooting, repairing, and installing appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing - Responsible for information and feedback regarding repair work - Purchasing materials - Small maintenance projects - Be available for emergency issues outside of regular working hours **Who are you?** We are looking for someone who is handy, positive, and service-oriented – the person everyone wants on their team!
