Repair Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who will work to take care of our properties and customers in the best possible way. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of our maintenance team within Property Management and work in one of our areas. You will be based at our area office in Storvreten. Responsibilities The role of Maintenance Technician includes addressing and documenting reported issues in our properties and being responsible for ordering and following up on completed work. The position also involves simple plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and electrical work, which means maintenance technicians have extensive contact with both our tenants and subcontractors. The role involves varied and mobile work where technical problem-solving is combined with service and professional interaction. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with a high school education and experience in the property management industry. Specialized knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, or appliance service is considered meritorious. We value broad practical competence where you are experienced in troubleshooting, assessing repair needs, and performing sustainable repairs. Relevant training that enhances your professional skills is an advantage. In this role, you will daily interact with contractors, colleagues, and tenants, which requires you to be attentive, communicative, and have good collaborative abilities. At the same time, you are detail-oriented, responsible, and self-driven – you plan and perform your work with high quality and take initiative when needed. We prefer multilingual candidates.
