JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like a job where you contribute to a sustainable and well-functioning society and help develop future waste management? Then you might be the person we are now seeking as a waste management driver. At Tekniska Verken in Kiruna municipality, you are a key person in our daily operations. You ensure waste and recycling materials are handled safely, efficiently, and environmentally friendly while meeting residents with a smile. The position is for a waste management driver, but for us, the right person with the right attitude is most important - if you are the right person, we will offer you training to obtain a C driver's license. You will drive both side and rear loading vehicles, including collecting and emptying household and food waste within Kiruna municipality. The job also includes: •Collecting household and business waste according to route planning •Daily vehicle inspection and basic maintenance •Reporting deviations in the EDP mobile system and suggesting improvements •Customer contact and daily service Positive Customer Interaction is Part of the Job You are often the first and only contact point between the municipality and residents in daily life. Therefore, a friendly approach, good communication, and service orientation are as important as driving the vehicle. You represent Tekniska Verken, and we want you to do so with pride.
