About this role

RISE does not need to invent its purpose – we are a collective force for the sustainable transition that businesses, society, and the world need. As a recruiter at RISE, you will play a key role in ensuring that we have the right skills in the right place – both today and in the future. About us RISE is Sweden's research institute and innovation partner. In international collaboration with companies, academia, and the public sector, we contribute to a competitive business environment and a sustainable society. Our more than 3,300 employees drive and support all types of innovation processes. RISE is an independent, state-owned research institute that offers unique expertise and 130 testing and demonstration environments for future-proof technologies, products, and services. In the role of recruiter, you will be part of a smaller, dedicated recruitment team working proactively, skill-based, and efficiently to meet the organization's competence needs. The position is a fixed-term employment starting in February 2026 and lasting for approximately eight months. About the role As a recruiter, you will be a key person in RISE's ongoing efforts to attract, recruit, and retain the right skills. You will be responsible for recruitment across several of RISE's divisions. You will act as an advisory support to managers at various levels within the organization and be their strategic partner throughout the recruitment process. In addition to operational recruitment work, you will also contribute to more long-term initiatives, such as recruitment plans, competence supply planning, and business development. Since each recruitment is unique, you need to be responsive to the organization's needs, coach managers, and focus efforts where they create the most value. Our success is built on curiosity, drive, and teamwork. To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate the combination of independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues. A specific need within the organization is support in in-depth leadership assessments. Here, you will work competency-based and use the assessment tools MAP and Matrigma as the basis for your analysis. We currently operate on a hybrid working model where most employees choose to split their working time between the office and their home workspace. The location is Gothenburg or Stockholm. Who are you? The foundation for thriving in the role of recruiter with us is a genuine curiosity about people, organizations, and the world around us. You are a relationship builder who listens and understands that true value is created in dialogue. With us, you will greatly benefit from your drive, your passion for the profession, and your ability to adapt and shape your work based on the organization's needs. With your judgment and consultative approach, you will become a natural partner to hiring managers. You have the ability to work systematically and independently on multiple parallel processes simultaneously. Requirements: • Relevant academic degree in HR or behavioral sciences • Several years of experience in qualified recruitment work, for example, in the role of internal recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or recruitment consultant • A strong interest in personality psychology, behaviors, and leadership – as well as a good understanding of how these factors impact performance and business value • Experience and confidence in conducting personality assessments and certification in Assessio's tools MAP and Matrigma • Excellent communication skills – you express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English • Good knowledge and interest in digital tools and AI Are we right for each other? At RISE, we embrace diversity and are convinced that it contributes to an innovative environment where we collectively challenge boundaries and develop new knowledge and skills for the future. Here, passionate problem solvers come together to tackle some of the world's most important and perhaps most exciting challenges. We cannot promise you an easy job, but what we can promise is a group of engaged colleagues and some truly exciting societal challenges to address. With us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference. Welcome to Sweden's research institute and innovation partner! We look forward to your application!
